Terms and Conditions

As I run a small shop with limited stock it is recommended that you contact me (see "contact Open & Shut" link on the right) prior to placing an order such that I can confirm availability before you pay any money! If, however, you do place an order and pay for it and that product is out of stock then I will advise you of when the product is likely to be available again and you will then have the choice to either receive a refund or wait until the product is again in stock.

All products are posted via Royal Mail at a fixed cost of £5-00, if you have not received the product within 5 days of receiving my e-mail telling you it has been posted then please contact me.

All product images are accurate to my knowledge, but with unpainted wooden products the grain and colour is likely to change from item to item.

Should you be unsatisfied with any product (including damaged, not what you thought it would be or simply changed your mind) then return the item to me (at your expense except in the case of damaged) and I will fully refund your original purchase price. This does not affect you statuory rights.
