Wooden puzzle boxes are (without wanting to sound patronising!) wooden boxes that are a puzzle to open. I stock two types - Japanese sliding panel boxes and American (Heartwood) puzzle boxes. It is probably easiest to say that you will open the Japanese ones faster than the Heartwood ones....

All of these boxes have sliding panels - all you have to do is move the right panel in the right direction and eventually you'll open the box. |
